What ResPilot is
Reservations, billing, utilities and a built-in assistant for independent RV parks.
ResPilot is park-management software for independent RV parks. It runs your reservations, invoicing and guest portal, bills metered electric and water, gives your park its own public website, and includes a built-in assistant, Co-Pilot, that answers questions and walks you through setup.
What is included
- Online bookings, around the clock. Guests browse availability and book their own site.
- A guest portal. Guests manage their stay, pay invoices, print receipts and update their profile without calling your office.
- Automatic invoicing and reminders. Invoices go out by e-mail, payment status is tracked, and an overdue invoice starts a timed reminder sequence.
- Your park's own website. Home, accommodations, facilities, rates, gallery, about and contact pages that you edit yourself, with no coding.
- Guided setup. The payment gateway, e-mail, text messages, electric metering, tax and deposits each have a step-by-step walk-through with a test button.
What it does not do
