A flat monthly fee, no per-reservation charges, and what each plan adds.
Every ResPilot plan is a flat monthly fee. There are no per-reservation charges, no hidden fees that grow as your park fills up, and no long-term contract.
The plans
- Starter, $59 a month. Reservations, guests and billing: flat-rate billing, the guest portal, core reservation management and e-mail support.
- Growth, $119 a month. Everything in Starter, plus metered electric, bundled perks and add-ons, and a richer guest self-service portal. Priority e-mail and chat support.
- Pro, $179 a month. Everything in Growth, plus advanced reporting and analytics and operational automations. Dedicated phone support.
- Corporate. For organizations that manage three or more parks: one account and one consolidated bill, volume pricing, a corporate dashboard with roll-up reporting, and dedicated support. Pricing is custom, so talk to our team.
What is separate
- Add-on services (phones, guest Wi-Fi, text bundles, spoken Co-Pilot) are priced on their own page. See Phones, Wi-Fi and texting.
- Card processing. You agree your processing rates directly with your payment provider. ResPilot adds no per-reservation transaction fee.
