ID and check-in
Upload a photo of your ID before you arrive, then check yourself in.
Many parks on ResPilot ask guests to verify their ID before arrival, so check-in is quick.
Before you arrive
Open Verify ID in your portal and upload a photo of your ID. The park keeps a verified record on file.
On the day you arrive
When your arrival day comes, your portal home shows a Check In Now button along with the park's check-in time. Press it to check yourself in.
Each park decides what it asks for. If your portal does not show a step, the park has not turned it on, or it is not available to your account. The park's office can tell you what to bring.
